GET A LIFE is a message to both our outer and inner worlds, an alt-pop punk- rock manifesto about finding peace in a chaotic world by letting go of things you can’t control and people that aren’t worth your time.
GET A LIFE ranges from the defiance of keytarist Vanessa Vakharia’s heavy rocker “Never Did Never Will” to the acceptance of guitarist David Kochberg’s explosive pop-punk anthem “I Don’t Mind”. It’s about laughing away your pain, like the brutally confessional “Jealous (Of My Friends)” and the biting satire of “Get Worse”. And it’s the answer to any voice that tells you to stop, even if it comes from within, like on the anthemic arena-rock closer “Don’t Tell Me It’s Over”.
