The singer-songwriter presents her new single, “There’s Just No Way”, a track
that blends contemporary pop with vibrant percussion, striking brass
elements, and a groove inspired by the Brazilian guitarra baiana.
More than a reference to her hometown, the influence of axe appears in the
song as identity, present in the way rhythm drives the feeling of the track.
Light and pulsating, the song explores that fine line between trying not to
create expectations and, at the same time, starting to believe that something
might be happening in the middle of ambiguous signals that leave open the
question of whether it’s real or just interpretation.

“It’s about trying to find a balance between expectation and reality, reason and
emotion… but not being able to ignore what your heart is feeling, even when it
has a history of falling for the wrong person.”
In her seventh original release, Manu reaffirms her identity within global pop,
moving naturally between influences without being confined by genres.
